What words do you hate when someone pronounces differently than you?

Original post by NovemberSue

I hate when people say on-velope instead of envelope. I also hate when people say fuss-trated instead of frustrated.

augbride/Colleen - I can't stand that either...nor can I stand when people call me Car-leen instead of Colleen. No R in there people - it's NOT a difficule name to say! (unless your Asian, I guess - the whole L/R thing. I actually had an email (a response to one I sent, mind you - addressed to me as: Correen. Too funny.)
