When do you work out (if you do at all)

Original post by tourist

I am trying to figure out how to fit this in my day.
Do you work out before or after work. Or at lunch?
Or after dinner?

And does the time of day depend on if you are going to the gym, doing something outside or doing something in your home?

Usually right after work before dinner, then that inspires me to eat light after a work out, I just can't seem to wake up early before work and go, On the weekend I go first thing in the morning (usually)10:00-that usually starts me on my day and I feel charged to do stuff.

I dont work out at all. Its honestly really bad because Im a phys ed teacher, but right now I dont have time. I only like to work out outside and when I do it has to be something fun like running with a soccer ball, swimming or something.

I prefer to work out in the morning, but since I go to curves, and it doesn't open till 730 (i need to be in at 8), so recently I've been going after school.

I'm student teaching, so going during my 25 minute lunch isn't even an option

I go right after work about 4 o'clock, if I go home first, I would never make it!!

I have to say I have been bad and haven't been going to the gym as much. I find its easier for me to go on the weekend, because I can go on the daytime. My DH generally likes to go late, like 10 and its tough to go work out that late. I'd rather go at 8 or even 9.
