Do you find yourself constantly missing him?? Wanting to be around him? Wondering what he's doing at that very second? I'm always wishing that we were together and I'd honestly rather stay home and chat on the phone than go out with the girls. hmmm...
We see each other every ten days and the time in between is an eternity. We talk on the phone every day and each nght from 10 pm-2 am (no wonder i'm always sleepy during the day). I miss him so much. Long distance is tough but we only have 7 more weeks til he moves in.

We live together so breaks are welcome. We did the long distance thing before I moved in and I did miss him when we weren't together but I found way to keep myself busy so it wasn't that bad.
Sorry I can't say I ever miss my FH to much, because we do everything together, work 2 jobs together, college,gym, and kind of live together.

my fiance and i only see each other on the weekends. and unfortunately sometimes the weekends can be jam packed with family committments and events like graduation parties, birthday parties, yada yada yada. i miss him like hell during the weekdays and get very upset when i don't see him on some weekends. i know in just a year, we'll be seeing tons of each other after we get married and we'll probably get sick of each other. i guess you can't win!

I see FH on weekends only when he comes down from school. Right now he's doing a rotation for 6 wks where he doesn't have the wkends off... it really stinks not having him here but luckily i am quite busy with family things, social things, etc, so as much as i miss him, it's not torturous - not yet at least (it's only been a week!). But we've been together for over 8 yrs and we've done this LD thing for many of those years, so I'm kind of used to it. I realize that coping with distance is going to help us when he's doing his residency and he's working crazy hours... we will definitely appreciate the time together (and be happy to be living together in the same house in the same city!).

awww, that's so cute! I remember when FH and I were like that when we were long-distance! Now we see each other almost everyday, so even though we miss each other when we're not together, it's not as bad. Even though I'm happy to live near him now, I have to say that sometimes I wish I could go back to the days when he missed me that much!

No, I really don't ever miss FH either. We live together so I don't mind a bit of separation. BUT if I was in your situation, I would definitley miss him.

i miss him soooooo much...we live together and 2 weeks ago (when i was in belize)was the 1st time in 5 yrs that i have been away from him for more than 3 days....i had to call him everydayusing my credit card...i dont even wanna look at the bill! I am so used to seeing him everyday!

Ths will sound cruel but... sometimes I really welcome when we are apart. Now before anyone gasps and wonders why we are getting married, let me say we have been together for 4 ytears and 3 1/2 of those years have been super heavy. he pushed committement more than I did and we essentially moved in together after three months-he bought my toiletries and items I liked to eat and drink and my clothes eventually took up half his closet though I still lived at home during the week for the sake of school. But every weekend we do shopping, bills, etc, so its like we have been in a serious sommittment for most of our relationship. Up one another's tushes.
He drives a truck so he is away during the week and during the weeknds he can be clingy and thats hard on me because I have a super packed hetic schedule with teachign internships, pending graduations and doing the majority of the wedding planning on my own. I NEED my space so when he tells me he is going out with a friend, I say 'aww ok. I'll miss you,' but secretly I say 'WHEW!'
I love him to death and most times I do miss him like mad when we are not together, but I wouldn't be honest if I said I don't soemtimes look forward to the distance. All people, men and women, soemtims need alone time, even if it is just 20 minutes in your bathtub with a book

i love that when we are together we can say nothing and be perfectly happy. the best is when we are sitting aound at barnes and noble or a cafe and we are able to 'people watch.' i love that we now what the other is thinking. gosh, this is going to be a long seven weeks. he was so cute today. he called and asked if it would be ok if he rearaged the kitchen when he moves in. I'm like heck yes!!! less work for me. i'm sooooo excited.

We been living for 5 years and we eat dinner together every night... sometime we just need a lone time, so every Saturday, after we had our b-fast we do our own things....he play golf and I do my own thing.

awww i am sorry, but i am sure when you two do see eachother you make it special...WOW i feel kind of silly now bc I just found out Fh has softball on wednesday and thursday, plus friday he is going out for a friends birthday, we'll spend saturday in the daytime together but around 6-7pm he has to leave and then sunday he has 4 softball games, i go to the night games but its mother's day so wont go to this one...And i got so sad that i wont see him for a few days, not really used to it, normally we just dont see eachother about once a week if anything.

Yep! Its definitely hard. Me and fh were long distance- PA to AK for a while and it was so hard! So glad we're living together now.
I bet its really hard for you guys. But doesnt it make that time you spend together that much more special?!
