Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge - bridal suite! My parents reserved the other, since they'll be in town for three - four days.

Future sister and brother in law stayed there on their wedding night and said it was great!

We stayed in a bridal suite at the Inn at Fox Hollow. It was amazing!

The Hyatt Windwatch, where I'm staying, isn't too far from there.
There's also the Marriott Islandia around there and a number of other hotels.
