FH and I have started shopping for wedding bands and it has been a somewhat stressful event because of all the options there are out there.
Plus I hate high end, high pressure sales associates who tell you what you want instead of listening to what you want!!

A guy who goes to my church owns a jewelry store in Plainedge Plaza (AC Moore shopping center) on Hempstead Tnpk. His name is Alan, the store is 14 K Gold Co. He's a super nice guy.

we went to Golda Jewelers in the diamond district in NYC. Very helpful and really reasonable. Both rings were $1200 and mine is the matching band with diamonds all around. thought it was a pretty good deal
