How did you decide who (if you have a lot of close friends ect?

It was my 3 best friends, my brother's wife, and it was my DH's sister, but she dropped out, so I asked another friends that I was very upset about leaving out.

I actually have a quesiton with this. DO you think that you have to have your fiances sister in law if you are having his two sisters already. I'm concerned because that would already be three women in my bridal party whomI 'm not too clsoe to. There is a big difference in age. So any way, ladies are the 2 sisters enough, or do I need to have his sister in law too?
