Can you tell me who is paying for your wedding gown?? and how this came about? If someone else is paying- did you ask? did they offer?

My mom paid for it as her gift to me. She also paid for the veil, shoes and headpiece ... I love my mom

my mom is paying for my gown and accessories....she offered to pay since she paid for my sisters gown/accessories when she got married.

My Mom is paying for my dress and all my accessories. Im the youngest of 4 and the only Girl so my parents had an account for my wedding day for all my stuff that day. I didnt have to ask my mom just offered.

my mom paid for the deposit on mine as a gift...i dont know if she plans on paying for the other half

I paid for mine, but my mom offered to pay for it. My mom is giving us a set amount towards the wedding to spend however we choose, so I opted to use her gift towards the reception hall instead.

FH and I are paying for EVERYTHING except for the Reception (just the reception - my grandmother is paying for). All else is on us COMPLETELY. No one else is contributing for anything so far.
So that includes my dress... we are paying for that.

I asked my parents cuz it was something I didn't want to skimp on... and i ended up way under budget. Had a budget of 1,500 and spent under 900 so now i can use the rest of that for alternations and a viel!!

My mother insisted upon paying for it. Her rationale: She paid for the first outfit I ever wore and she's insisting on paying for everything that I will wear when she gives me away to be married.

i paid for mine! sorry, FH and I are paying for our wedding all by oursleves...no help from anyone...we dont want anyone overrding our decisions in our wedding!

my parents are paying for mine...they're paying for pretty much the entire wedding too. They've been amazing and if they hadn't been helping then I'd probably be getting married when I was 30 instead of 20 lol
