FH and I ahve been around and around with this, first we were gonna use bubbles, but then I read they make your hands stick and can stain dresses and tux's! So then we were gonna do a petal toos, but when I see it on TV they don't go anywhere, they're not heavy enough. I like the idea of bird seed, but hate the thought of having to pick it out of my hair! (See pic!) Anway, thought I would ask THE GIRLS! TIA

I WANTED BUTTERFLIES - but had to take it out my budget - so bubbles aren't a good idea?

I wanted butterflies too!!! But we are having our ceremony at the RH and they wouldn't like that too much!!!

It worked? I keep seeing these people thrown them and they look like feathers and don't go anywhere! I like the idea of petals. Keep the feedback coming girls!

I heard about bubbles staining from a couple of people, my dress has an organza overlay so I wasn't worried about that, but the tux's being rentals. I don't think it'll be too bad, but I just don't want to get into a thing wth the rental place.

Who was responsible for cleaning up the petals after they were thrown? Some churches will hand that but others want the bride/groom to be responsible.

We used them at my FBIL wedding in February. Only the bridal party threw is as we were lined on the stairs of the church as they came out. It was really cute and the pictures look amazing. I love the idea.
