I remember talking about it before we were thinking of getting married but it hasnt been brought up since we've been engaged. I doubt it.. but the only thing really to be worried about is our house which will be in both of our names anyway after we get married.
Honestly though, I dont know how I would feel if he did decide to bring it back up again.![]()

no we have no reason to draw one up. We will be building everything together -- nothing prior to that we need to protect.

I buy/bought most of the furniture in my house (he moved into my house and I buy mostly everything because he doesnt work yet..) so one day I jokingly told him to sign a prenup saying if we get a divorce he will give me everything and he said OK

We're both so broke, we don't need one.
However, I did think about maybe some sort of thing saying we're not responsible for other person's debts. I'm not sure if you can do that though.
