With Thanksgiving coming up, I wanted to start a thread letting Ron/Liz know what we are thankful for about LIW/NYW.

I am thankful to have met some awesome people I might not have otherwise.

Great idea! Im thankful that LIW was created, it has helped me make alot of new friends and find alot of awesome things to include in my wedding. It's made my life as a bride alot easier!

I am so happy to have met so many wonderful people at the same stage in their lives, willing to share information and help each other out! I met great friends on here I never would have met without this site!

OMG!!! This is great! I am so thankful that Ron and Liz developed this awsome resource for us all. It has opened a MUCH needed door for all brides to be, not just limited to Long Island. I can't tell you HO thankful I am for this site and the WONDERFUL girls I have met and chatted with on this site.

I am thankful for all the help on any and every topic...seriously I thought girls would be trying to hide any good ideas or items they found, but everyone is always willing to help and give tons of info, its awesome!!

From someone who never wanted to post very much, that changed pretty quickly once I realized how warm and friendly the women on this site can be. I have made many LIW friends who have been more than generous to help a bride in distress and give a few words of encouragement when needed.
And I've even been lucky enough to gain a few future babysitters!
So thank you Ron & Liz for providing a wonderful community during a hectic time in a girls life

I'm so thankful to have a place where everybody can relate to me; the excitement, the stress, etc. It's wonderful to have to people that give me helpful opinions and advice, creative ideas, and I can vent to if I'm having a problem.

I am thankful for having the opportunity to have such a great website and friends to help me with one of the BIGGEST decisions of my LIFE- and at first it was with strangers!!! and now I feel that my family has grown( even with the drama sometimes, lol) I hope each and everyone of us has a Wonderful Thanksgiving and pray for our dear soldiers who are not here with their families. THank you Ron and Liz for such a GREAT and INFORMATIVE website you truly ARE the BEST!!

I am thankful because if it were not for LIW, I would have no clue what I was doing! I had no wedding knowledge at all. I count on everyone here for help

I want to thank them for providing me a place to go to meet so many wonderful people that I can share with, help and learn from during this crazy wedding planning process.

I'm thankful to have such a great resource. I would never have found half of my vendors if not for this site. I know next to nothing about LI, but was able to plan a beautiful wedding with great vendors thanks to liweddings.
