lol my friends live there and i used to go with them all the time! now i have a membership at Bally's in Lake Grove...

Well if anyone is interested I am going to start going to Synergy in Massapequa. They look pretty good and like a bunch of their classes like Spinning, dance aerobics and an ab workout.

I go to synergy in west babylon, I love it there, it is sooo clean and never crowded and they do have some good classes.

I need one too!

I got to Fitness Incentive in Babylon.

I'm too intimidated to do the classes so i just stay on the elliptical and listen to my ipod.

Wait...where is the synergy(sp) in West Babylon? I can' t picture it....

Well more of a beast in the sense that I eat like a beast and then sit on the couch for hours with my beast self and feel like a beast for not working out. But karen is supposed to join my gym so we can work out together, get on that Karen
