I live in Farmingville...and currently I go to, or pay for, World Gym in Coram...anyone else go there or to a gym near by? I'm looking to change gyms and I need someone to workout with and keep me motivated!

I live in coram and work in patchogue. Koga is right near the world gym (in coram) and their body sculpting and koga (kickboxing/yoga) classes are amazing. I am looking to join again but my sister is the only one that will go with me (and she can only go 2 days a week). It seems like such a waste to pay for the membership to only go 2 days a week.

I want to take classes for like everything haha. I'm not really sure, there's probably a bunch, I don't know if I'll have time to do it today, but I will look into it and FM you. I work in Patchogue right now so maybe I'll see something on my way home.
My FH goes to one in patchogue that he loves... I think it is on main st. He insists that it is a great gym. I think it is called Finest Fitness. Not sure though.

There is a gym right between patchogue and farmingville....it is Sunrise Fitness...it is on sunrise highway, across from flea market. They do month-to-month memberships, no contract, and all fo the aerobic and spin classes are included. I worked there for 8 years before I got my full time job....I love it there!!

there is ultamite fitness in patchogue I heard its awesome...all the machines have plasma tvs in them!
