Work out tips?

I'm pretty small but my wedding dress is very form fitting and after the holidays i'm thinking its a good idea to begin a work out routine......does anyone have any suggestions on how to tone up?

well if you need to tone.. I would reccomend Pilates or yoga.... that would definetely tone you up

trying to get down from 110 pounds to 100 - this is probably unrealistic - just needed a place to vent :)

I would definitely try pilates or yoga, both of them will tone you up and while you get a great work out they seem a little more low key than running on the tread mill, at least that is my opinion.

i like circuit training... that gives you both cardio and weight lifting to tone you. So you are burning calories and also building muscle. I have a Karen Voight video... the regular circuit training & also her step circuit (which you would need a step for) They are both about 1 hour long and are great workouts.. I am a runner so i need heavier intensity to feel like i'm doing something & these are really good. I've also had luck with 'The Firm' dvd's... those are really good as well for weight training and they make you do a ton of squats which is great for your butt! hehe Like other people said pilates is great too but i never feel like i'm doing it correctly so that is why i stopped doing it. And if you would rather go somewhere & take a class..power kickboxing is a great way to overall tone your body & get in shape. (kickboxing with the bag, not just cardio kickbox) Hope that helped!!
