I would be totally hurt!!!
I think what you should do is have a conversation with him and tell him how you feel. I am sorry, but I know that this really hurts. So you really need to have the talk.

Yep...totally. I would definitely let him know. Maybe he likes food a certain way or is a picky eater? Either way...maybe take a cooking class together. Or invite friends over for dinner and get a different opinion. Maybe he had something once that he didn't care for and is just shy about trying it again. If other people reaffirm that it is really good, it may encourage him to try it again.

yes i would be hurt but mainly for the reason of him not giving you a reason. i think you would be more at ease if you knew why he acts that way. i would talk to him and ask him why

yes exactly! Like Laura said, if he doesn't like my cooking I would just rather know, then have to deal with his faces. I even asked him to tell me if he doesn't like what I make, he said that he does. But still refuses to eat
we will see today what he does, as there are leftovers from yesterday and he isn't working today.

Re: would u be hurt?
I would definitely be hurt because I love cooking! I try to cook a nice meal once or twice a week and if FH EVER pulled that shyyt with me, I'd probably YELL and then I'd cry.
Did you tell him you were cooking? Did he say he'd be there? I know that when FH is late (which is always) and he doesnt tell me, I get pisssed because things won't come out the way they're supposed to.
I think you should ask him very seriously, why he does that to you. Is it possible that he doesn't care for spaghetti? FH doesn't really care for regular spaghetti dishes (which i love of course), so now I have to spruce up the sauces! I haven't had just plain spaghetti and tomato sauce in sooooo long because of him! Actually, this happened last night, I told him I'd make a quick sauce and I had that healthy spaghetti so he said ok. I put peppers, white beans, spinach, garlic and herbs in a basic tomato sauce and he was pretty happy!

Awww, I'm sorry......I would be upset too. Does he cook? Maybe you can ask him to show you how to make the things that he likes to eat or try coking together.
