Ok, so upon mutual agreement one of my BM's is no longer in the BP. She already got her dress but was being a complete biatch and I haven't spoken to her in months! Anyhoo, she emails me that she'll be in town this weekend and says 'I definitely won't be getting my own wedding stuff at David's Bridal, so you can have the dress back and use the credit'. Is it me or was that a bit bitchy? What is she above David's or something??? This is the same BM that told me a few months ago when she got engaged that she 'wants something different than JT because her guests need something better'. What the F***?

ETA: She just emailed me that she would still like an invite since she got the STD! What do I do???? I know she only wants to come so she can compare and try to top me next year at her wedding!

ETA AGAIN: So she calls me today and leaves me a message that she's been in town for the last few days and is leaving tomorrow morning so she wants to come by and drop off the BM dress because she 'really wants to get rid of it'. I hate this biatch!

I would DEFINATELY be offended!! What's the deal !!?? Who the heck cares where you got your Bms dress/your dress???? If you are happy with your decision then that is ALL that counts. Think of it this way, let her give the dress back and send her snotty little a$$ on her way. You don't need people like that in your life.

I can very much see your point on this and I dont blame you for being offended but I can play devils advocate as well. Maybe she just means that she already has a place in mind that she will be purchasing from so she thought that it would be of no use to her. Who knows! BUT I TOTALLY HEAR YOU ON THIS

That seems very insensitive of her I would not want to invite a person like that to my wedding. Very rude. I can't believe how people change (some good/some for the worse) once you get engaged and/or start planning your wedding.

I agree! She is not a true friend and seems jealous, I say F*** her!!!

I had something similar happen to me concerning David's Bridal.. It bothered me at first but then I really thought about it and figured that I really felt sorry for this person being so self-centered and thinking that the point of a wedding is how much money you spend...when it is not about that at all.

If you ask me both of those comments are rude and offensive and I'd be happy she's no longer part of my wedding. You don't want any negative vibes or jealous people near u on your big day. Honestly, I just think she's jealous because when people are jealous they lash out and say comments like that just to make themsleves feel better. Just forget about her and focus on what's really important: your wedding
