And what would you get ? And what would be the most amount of money you spend on it ?
A friend of mine just got 14,000 dollar boobs. I cant understand why that much !

I would only consider it after I have children... if my skin doesnt go back to where it was I would want to do something about it. Lipo is really tempting but I know my DH would try to talk me out of it....
So I guess my answer is MAYBE!

Yes, I would....I admit it, I can be vain and if I really needed it - I would get it.
Cost is a hard thing to generalize though....sometimes I would imagine you get what you pay for with plastic surgeons....JMO though....
That being said, $14,000.00 seems alot for boobs!!!

I would get a breast reduction, but unfortunalty its costs more to take them out then to put them in! WHICH IS REDICULOUS!

If a women WANTS her breast smaller they are 100% probably something worng with them being too big. ex her back. and its MORE money then getting them bigger.
Then there is my friend who is 27 never worked and her daddy had a accident at work and will never walk again got paid big time because of it and she walks around with 14,000 boobs in return

I would. If I have the money when I'm older and if my skin is sagging I would get a face lift. I know that after I have children if I can't get rid of my stomach from excersizing than I would get a tummy tuck. If also needed I want liposuction. I would only do this if I wanted it and if I feel I need it. I would do it for myself. (FH thinks I'm crazy)

IMo, changing how you look does not change who you are....I would never do anything of the sort...FH fell in love with me as I am (actually heavier..). I do have my bad days where I feel horrible about the way I look, but I would never alter what God gave me!

You are so right but one of my friends 100% believes her life would be better if she had bigger breasts. It's really sad she is a good person - she has a beautiful daughter, a husband, family and friends that love her and she thinks this could make the difference.

While I totally agree with this statement, I think it only applies to people who decide to have plastic surgery b/c they feel it will attract men, improve their marriage, get them more friends etc....basically people who do it for OTHER PEOPLE, and not for themselves....
People have different reasons for doing things, and if someone has something about themselves that they want to change FOR THEM and b/c they want to feel more confident not for anyone else, but for themselves....well then more power to them!
Just b/c DH fell in love with me for who I am, and wouldn't care if I grew old and saggy tomorrow, doesn't mean I don't!

I got a breast reduction 2 years ago. Fortunately my insurance company paid for it. Although the recovery was long and hard, it was the best decision I have ever made.
Now I don't have to go to a corsette shop to find 'good' supportive bras. FH says I am obsessed with bras now. I admit I am, just so excited that I can where cute matching bras and panties.

I would love to get a breast reduction. I can only imagine what they are going to look like after I'm done BF'd. It won't be pretty. Maybe I can be on extreme makeover. Get the whole thing done

I think if someone gets it done for someone else, than its a mistake. I dont see anything wrong with changing something that you dont like about yourself as long as you are doing it for you and have realistic expectations. If someone goes in to have lipo and expect that they are going to look like Cindy Crawford afterwards is kidding themselves. There are just some things that diet and exercise cant change, and plastic surgery may be the only way to achieve that look you want. Plastic surgery is not dangerous if you have a good surgeon, are in good health. Everyone is not a candidate for it though, and a good MD will tell you if you aren't.
$14,000 is a lot for boobs, she must have had something else like a breast lift as well as just implants.

Same here, plus I couldn't afford it right now. But if you can afford it, why not?
I am too chicken...but I do want my ear fixed...I've had an 'indintation' since I was born (I was breech and the doctor grabbed my ear with the forceps - and it became infected)
but my whole life (mostly as a kid...but adults are guilty of this too) will point at my ear and ask me what happened...its very emotional to think about...and I am very self-conscious of it (who wouldn't be when people point at you your whole life)
but all those cute dangling earring...I have never been able to wear...b/c it would just call attention to the problem...on my wedding I couldn't wear family earrings b/c they didn't cover the 'hole'
so while we can talk about being vain...there are many underlying issues why someone would get something done...
maybe a A cup girl was teased as a child? you just shouldn't judge until you've walked a mile in the person's shoes
