FH has thought about the idea of getting a ring around the finger of his wedding band. That way when he takes it off for work (a chef), he'll still have it on. I thought it was sweet. But i dont know if i would do it. MY fingers are small and bony (i'm only a ring size 4)

i know id kill to go there but my pocket wouldnt... im thinking maybe tattoo lous.. theyll do anthing! i found a guy in lindenhurst i LOVE and he did a great job on my other tattoo but he wont touch anyone elses work... but the one on my ankel is just so bad i hate it... so i think ill pop in thre and see if theyll fix it

i Have a shammrock on my lower back and a daisy on my shoulder. FH has the thundercats logo on his upper arm and a wolf on his shoulder. A good place to get tattoos in Queens is TrueBlue Tattoos. Its on fresh pond road.

I have a shamrock w/a claddagh on my back and a daisy on my ankle!

I Love Tattoos, I only have one on my upper back, but I have always intended to have more.

FH also has one on his upper arm, with the intention to add more too it.

We have talked about it, and I said after we got married I would get his name.
I liked the idea of around the wedding finger, but my grandpa has my gramas name , and it looks so smudged, he also did it himself, and over 50 years ago....

but it is definetly something i would too..

and i always joke... if anything ever happened, ill tell people its for my dad (they are both steve), but he will have to find another shanon!

Fh also gets tatts from this guy that comes from CA once a year to do it - he is supposed to be like the best tattoo guy ever . . . i forget his name tho

ETA: I am trying to get FH to get matching tattoos - not the exact same thing but something similar and his will be a 'more manly' version - this is what i asked for for christmas so hopefully i get it! anyways, we are both probably going to get our kid's names in the DISTANT future lol

one idea i was thinking of was he wanted to get his whole forearm done ( i forget what thats called? when it goes all around ) and then i was going to get something little in the same design. . .

He used to be a tattoo artist, and he did all of my dads (like 10-12 of them, i think 3 of which are something with my moms name)

It must run in the family that we all have them, and love them.

If he wasnt retired already, I would have a ton more, cause they would be free!

I have asked FH if he would get my name. He says no. He thinks it's a Jinx to the marriage. And alot of tattoo Places say they don't do names. I won't get his name. I am afraid of needles...

He said he wants his kids names though.

FH has my name on his chest with tribal stuff around it. He came up with the idea on his own. We weren't even engaged when he did it but I wasn't about to stop him.

Thats again too funny!! Daisies are my favorite flower!. However, my daisy doesnt look much like a daisy, it looks more like a sunflower. FH makes fun of it all the time.
