I'm back doing the 30 shred. And doing weight watchers. With the holidays coming up I'm doing no sweets/no alcohol. I don't want to gain before my wedding!

How's everyone doing this week?

I got weighed in on friday...and I stayed the same! Shocking, with all the fast food I ate! I'm hoping the gym evened everything out for me.

Re: WW Support Thread

Seems like my vegan kick helped me to shed the last couple of vacation pounds I had stuck on me. We ate at a lot of restaurants in FL and Philly and I needed it off ASAP.
I am now back at my WW goal weight.
I'm also now well enough to go to the gym so I returned on Saturday for Pilates. Yesterday I took an hour-long walk, and tonight I'll be going to the gym for some cardio + strength.

YAY Kris!!!! I'm glad you're feeling better for the gym!

What foods did you eat while on your vegan kick (just out of curiousity)?

I think I got too off track. I didn't go over my extra points but I feel terrible when I use them. I know they are there for times like these but I kind of made Thanksgiving in to a weekend

Re: WW Support Thread

I'm not weighing myself this week. Aunt Flo is due tomorrow night and with all the festivities last weekend, I'd be setting myself up for disappointment.
Next week I'll be weighing myself. I know myself well enough to know that I'm capable of a ton of self-destruction if the number on the scale is not what I want to see.
As of last Wednesday, I was in my goal range. So it can't be that bad, LOL!

I totally know about that. It's such a disappointing weigh in. I had the ravenous craving for chocolate (i'm not a chocolate fiend) I almost opened the box of godiva we are giving as a gift.

I hear that. I love chocolate...you know what's really great for chocolate cravings in the winter? Diet hot cocoa. Especially since you're not a chocolate fiend. It's something you can keep on the shelf and won't go bad, and easy to make so no excuses about going for something that's not so great for you.

I keep a bunch of packets in my desk at work too. They have them in 60-calorie packets and 25-calorie. IMO the 60-calorie ones from Swiss Miss are really good!

i'm with you...i dont think i counted points from wednesday night to sunday night. I weighed myself on my home scale but i think its busted because i tells me different weights every day. i dont want to get weighed in yet though...im super nervous.

Re: WW Support Thread

I had two REALLY bad weeks. I gained almost 4 pounds. I'm feeling a little dejected about it, but I know it's just because of the holiday and a trip I went on. I'm going to do a lot better this week--I'm planning to really plan out my meals, do grocery shopping and try to hit the gym at least 3-4 times (I've been SO bad with the gym).

Here's a question for you ladies:

A lot of times, I don't get out of work until 7, and I have to be in work at 7, so I don't really have time to work out before work. Between getting stuff done for school and making dinner etc, I don't have a ton of workout time.

How do you make SURE you get to the gym?

yeah im having this same problem! i leavae the house at 6am every day and get home after 6pm - then have to plan dinner/play with the puppy/ get ready for the next day (meals & coffee & clothes), shower and pretty much its bedtime since i wake up super early every morning!!
i'm going to the gym today after work cuz the puppys at daycare all day - so she wont need to play much... but then usually on these days i dont eat as healthy b/c i get home around 7:30 and dont feel like 'planning' a meal - i just wanna eat and get ready for the next day! stinks! there needs to be more time in the day... thats prob why today is only day #2 of the 654th attempt at WW
