With the holidays, wedding, and HM, it has been nothing but a food/drinking fest for me going on. I stepped on the scale when I got back on Sunday morning and it really wasn't as bad as I thought. Tomorrow I have to go food shopping to get the house back to being stocked with good food, so I can get back on track

Congrats Celia on 3 lbs!! Good job!

I still have to get weighed in for January. December was a crazy month for me and I didn't have time to go to my monthly weigh-in (although I kept track at home...I stayed within my range). Right after the holidays were over I was right back on track!

ANDDDDDDD I GOT A WW SCALE FOR XMAS!! I'm so excited. That was like the number one thing on my registry. My mom AND FH both got me one lol. Although I dont know how accurate it is....it keeps telling me my body fat is like 25%..yet my body told me I have low body fat??

15 pounds by June is doable, considering it's about 5 months away. That's an average 3 pounds per month, which is DEFINITELY realistic.

I have a question regarding ww.....what happens when you go off the program? Or are you supposed to be on it forever? Does it prepare you to gradually go off?

WW is meant to be a lifestyle change, so ideally, you never officially go 'off' the program. When you get to goal weight and maintain for 6 weeks, then you become a lifetime member, which means you can come for the rest of your life for free, as long as you stay within 2 pounds of your goal.

But.......if you go 'off' program, stop coming to meetings, stop tracking, etc.....chances are, you'll gain the weight back.

Success! I am so excited girls! In November and December I was training REALLY hard for my black belt exam in karate. I'm talking 6 days a week of intense training for 2 hours per day. During this time I had to carbo load to maintain enough energy. Well, I passed my exam on Dec. 17th and had three weeks off from karate, a wedding to attend AND holidays! I was so nervous I'd gain back weight. But....drumroll...

I maintained my WW diet during the holidays despite lack of exercising, and managed to keep the weight off! I'm down 5lbs and my lightest weight in two years = 126lbs!!! I'M THRILLED! Had to share. Love you girls. Keep up the WW and exercise!

Thank you I guess I didnt mean go 'off' the program I guess I was referring to obtaining your goal weight what happens? If you have to pay the fees and stuff for the rest of your life but you answered my question, thank you!! I want to look into joining....

If anyone is looking for a tasty, low point, crock pot recipe, this was really good! I made it this weekend and am going to use it for burritos for lunch this week. I've made other recipes from this site and they've also been really, really good. Happy Monday!

Yum!
