Sunday 10:30 is my meeting time in Bay Shore at the Mall. Hummm walking the mall before or after???? Anyone, anyone??

hmmmmm i'm in the area of Bayshore Mall

If you go to bayshore I dont know if she is still a leader but go to an Alice meeting during the week I think she is there on Wednesday or something she is amazing!

i wonder if it's the same Alice at N Babylon. Older woman, in her 70's and her son was killed by a drunk driver or something to that extent?

yupp she also does West Babylon where I went. I lost 65lbs with Alice.

I forgot to tell you what I did to make my life easier. FH and I bought some cold cuts for lunch. I weighed each serving out and put them into plastic bags so I know exactly how many points each serving is and I can just grab the bag and go in the morning. I'm also a big fan of the arnold whole wheat thins, they are great for 1 point each.

I think with it being BBQing weather soon, it will help me out alot. I can just season up chicken for dinner and grill it.

I LOVE the arnolds sandwich thins!!!

she actually seemed a little too strict for me however, as much as i love my leader, i think she's a little too free if that makes sense. i need someone in the middle

I have lost 7.6 pounds on WW...its been about 7 weeks, but I fall off the wagon alot. I don't always make it to the meeting, but I try to go and get weighed in during my lunch break at least 1x/week b/c I need the accountability. I have started to exercise again so hopefully.......

My advice. Screw Weight Watchers and have surgery on your gums!!!!

I had some gum surgery last week, and I've been in too much pain to eat, AND the Vicodin completely made me lose my appetite. I lost 7 lbs this week!!!

No, I'm just kidding, and I know once I resume my normal eating habits some of the weight may come back. But it was nice to look at the scale this morning and see how much weight I have lost.

In total (including the post-operation weight lost), I have lost 34 lbs. This morning I got into a pair of pants that hasn't fit me in several years and I was so freakin' happy!!!!

My goal was to lose 40 lbs by my sister's wedding on May 23rd and an additional 15-20 by my wedding next year. It looks like it might happen!

I just joined there online program I am in my 3rd week. I've lost 4.4 lbs. I also have been doing the 30 day shred for about a month. I am on level 2 with that. I may not have lost many lbs but I feel great and can definitely see a difference...

Congrts girls!!

Keep up the good work.
I didn't get weighed in yesterday morning, I was just too sick. I did weigh in tonight on my way home from the pharmacy. I stayed the same. I figure it would have been a tiny loss if it had been the same time of day. Plus I've been trying to really stay hydrated.

I don't think it's a good idea for me to walk with you on Wednesday. I'm not sure if I'm going to go to work. If I don't have the fever I might but I will not be going to the kennel. I think I need more rest.

Feel better Kim! Staying the same is always better than gaining. I hate getting weighed in at different times of the day...it always throws me off!
