i'm confused...
i subscribe to e-tools, so i don't know what you mean by 'monthly pass'...?
does that mean you have access to e-tools AND are able to weigh in at a center once a week?
if so, how much does that cost? maybe i'll switch to that before my next billing.....................

The monthly pass gives you access to e=tools and allows you to weigh in once a week and go to as many meetings as you'd like. I did the monthly pass and it was def. worth it!!

Yup, what Colleen said. I also used the monthly pass when I was losing weight and still use the e-tools to this day. It's also the cheapest option averaging $9.22 a week instead of the $12 weekly payment.

Oh and people who come to meetings AND use e-tools lose 50% more weight than those who don't

Re: WW Support Thread

Hey there!

I'm a Lifetime WW member (down 20 pounds and maintaining the loss since September '08!) and would love to join in for some WW chatter ;)

I follow the Core program, which has been turned into the Simply Filling technique on Momentum. I never made the switch to Simply Filling because I lost most of my weight (and maintained the loss) by practicing Core.

Anyway, way to go to all of you for making your bodies healthier! :)

I think I have just the e-tools... can I switch to a monthly pass???

Anyways, I just saw this thread and think it's a wonderful Idea. I'm in the Lindenhurst area so between massapequa/farmingdale and bayshore. Maybe I can join you guys for a walk here and there.

For those of you who were asking in the 1st few pages about food, my breakfast favorite is 1/2 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup of granola. (5pts)

I found a good way to 'sneak' in my veggies by cooking them into other foods, such as a recipe I have for butternut squash in my baked mac & cheese. Can't even tell it's there.

Now I just need motivation to do more exercise.

Keep up the good work everyone!!!!

Re: WW Support Thread

Could you please share your butternut squash recipe? I want to try it. I loved the pumpkin soup that Angela gave me a few years ago. I opted for the 0 point version but if I added a lot of onions (to have something to chew) I would count it as 1 and if I added the Brown Minute Rice it was 3.

I work in West Babylon until 3pm except on Wednesdays when I tutor after school which lets me out around 4:30ish. I live in Islip.

Actually this Friday (3/27) I have a dog training appointment at 5:30 in Plainview. If anyone is available around 3 until oh say 5pm and want to walk or something...please post so we can work something out. I'm sick of being sick!!!!

Danielle,

You can definitely switch from e-tools to the monthly pass. In e-tools, go under 'my profile.' Under the 'my account' box, there should be a link that says 'Switch payment method to monthly pass.'

When that happens to me I usually just eat snacks rather than making a full meal

There are nights that FH and I don't eat dinner until almost 10:00 depending on what time we both get home from work. I still have a full meal for dinner.

Remember, your body doesn't know time of day. All it knows is calories in versus calories out in a 24 hour period.
