I kinda had the same problem, EXCEPT FH wanted his parents name on it. I said they weren't hosting, but it was very important to himso we did:

Mr. and Mrs. Nothelpingatall.


I mean the wording is different. This way their names are on it and it's not saying their hosting.

Thanks for the advice, I'd just as well leave them off, but FI thinks that we should add them since his mother ALLOFASUDDEN feels this is important to her... guess i have to bend on this one against my better judgement to 'keep the peace'

yeah but his family is UNINVOLVED and doesn't speak about the wedding or even ask, etc etc that's why its retarded that his mom wants to be recognized.

i'm just doing son of b/c they aren't contributing in any way and even that in my opinion isn't necessary..
