It's a hard choice - a vegetarian guest's dream wedding!

I'd go with either #1 or #3

Did you purposely choose an all-vegetarian menu? You may want to have a choice for anyone who might prefer chicken, steak or fish? Just a suggestion...

I love pumpkin ravioli so I would go with one, but they all sound yummy.
Which one are you getting?

Never had any of them... but I guess i would choose the pumpkin ravioli. I'm also interested as to why your entrees are all veggie.

That menu seems pretty exotic, I guess I would pick #2

Those choices really are exotic. Half of my guests probably wouldn't even know what those were. I guess Id choose #1 but would prefer something with meat :)

Stephanie & her FH are vegan's...they purposely chose to have veggie entree's, b/c it's something they strongly believe it.

Kudos to the both of you, and kudo's to your family for their support.

That being said, I'd choose:
1. Pumpkin Ravioli (spinach pasta with pumpkin filling and a light miso sauce)

We're doing a vegan menu. FH and I are both vegan and it is important to us to share that part of us on our day. Our hall has been AMAZING - the chef came up with not only these (and more) amazing entrees, but at our tasting he made about 10 different passaround options for us as well and everything tasted perfect. The only thing they couldn't do for us was a vegan cake, but we're bringing that in and they threw in a (dark) chocolate fountain to make up for it!

As for what I'm going to get... Not sure, but FH and I will get two different entrees and split them! And we'll probably try to get the other one packed up for us to take home.

Gotcha! That's so great that your hall is so accomodating with that.

And a DARK chocolate fountain??? LOVE IT!!!

I respect that (and barely eat and meat at all) but also think that you are hosting a party and as nice as it is to incorporate your own likes and dislikes you should also have something to cater to the guests. JMO....

** I edited my response because the girl is excited and wanted to post her menu (like everyone else does) and I am sure does not want to start a debate.***

So for you and your FH!

Re: We chose our menu! INFORMAL POLL

Maybe it's none of my business, but can I just suggest one thing? I understand that being vegan is important to you guys, but you may end up with some unhappy guests who don't appreciate the lack of a meat choice. When I have any type of party, I always consider my vegetarian/vegan friends and make sure that there are a few things in each course that they can eat. I just think it would nice to consider non-vegans who might not be thrilled at the menu choice. I appreciate the effort you put into doing this, but I would have no idea which one to pick if I had the choice. I could be totally off here... I'm just offering something to consider. I hope you don't get mad at my offering my opinion...
