I know you didn't ask about the one in Carle Place but, I went to that one and had a great experience.

For those that went, how was your experiences. If you choose not to post feel free to FM

TIA

I got our BM dresses there. They had so many dresses to choose from. They were a little snooty, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for me. We did have to keep calling them over and over to find out when the dresses would be in.....finally after my sis called for the 4th time, they told her that they had called 'Jenna' a week earlier to let her know. Jenna was just a BM (not me 'Jenn' the bride) and they didn't tell Jenna that they were only calling her and not the rest of the bridal party so she didn't know to pass along the message. In the end, the dresses were beautiful so it wasn't a huge deal, but it was still annoying.

I didnt like the one in massapequa they were sooo snotty. The ne in carle place was better. They were so nice and patient with my and my picky ways. I dont remember her name but it was a lil old lady who helped me and i loved her bc she gave answer on every dress i tried on and got dresses from the back that were even suppose to be shown. Id go there

All of our dresses came from Massapequa and we all had a great experience. I stayed with them for the alterations even though Carle Place is more convenient for me.
Keep in mind that the 3 stores carry different dress lines, so if you want a particular designer, call to find which of the locations carries it.

I went to the one in CP. The people were very nice, but I didn't think they had a large enough selection. Or at least my consultant didn't bring me that many dresses. One that she brought me was beautiful, but $2k over my budget!

Re: Bridal Reflections in Massapequa

We went to Carel Place and they were nice but I do have a complaint!
They made us wait 50 minutes... and we had an appt. The girls were all standing around seemingly doing nothing. There was only 1 other bride there. I came in with MOH, 2BM and my mother. So while we waited we went to the BM and mother dresses and they tried some one.. I didn't complain.. was super patient and made the best of it. So then at 20 mins to 5 they call me and I start trying on dresses. At about 5:20 or so I made a comment about how quiet it is.. and the girl who was helping me looked at her watch and said 'Yea well that's because we are technically closed'. Still I didn't get all bridezilla on her.. I was still nice. However.. I did find a good dress there.. and most likely if I decide to purchase it i will find it in another store. Afterwards when i think about it.. I get ticked off. The nerve! I mean then why did they make me wait so long when no one was there?!?!?! And all the girls were hanging out by the counter! Not my fault you are closed.. that's YOUR FAULT! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Hint girls - Jersey has no sales tax!!!!!!!!!!!!! And their prices are usually cheaper!

I had a great experience there. My consultant was Darnell, she is very fashion savvy (she has multiple fashion degrees) and was very honest about my gown being a little too low cut -- it wasn't like she was trying to sell me the dress; it was more about helping me look my best. In the end we worked out a way to add a 'modesty piece' in order to make the gown perfect. I had her one-on-one both times I went. Though I should mention the first time I went there it was during the week, so it wasn't busy at all. The second time, I came back with my mom and it was a Sunday morning, but it was still pretty quiet. The dress is ordered so I can't really give a FULL review of the place until I see the finished product but so far I really like it there. They have a great selection of gowns and have trunk shows every now and then. When I was there, James Clifford was doing a trunk show and his gowns were 10% off.

I am using BR in massapequa- and I have to say that I love their service. I haven't had a bad experience yet. They have a great selection and I was able to negotiate prices on both the dress and the alterations.

Which is what?

I ordered my dress there, Tracy was my consultant and I had a great experience. I actually ended up ordering a dress that I had TRIED on in another store and hated, but she made it different!

I am going through an issue...a bm dropped out...and the customer service i have been getting is just nasty. It's 1 paticular person...but I am trying my best to keep it professional cause i still have other girls that are getting their alterations done there. So, basically, if this 1 person was nicer, or wasn't there, i would have no problem lol.
