we looked at a lot of complexes and this offered the best space for the price. we have a new club house with a new exercise room. a pool & tennis bball courts.
its about 20ish mins from dh thats where im from

We currently live in Avalon in Melville, we have a 2 bedroom apt.

They have an income contingent apartment pricing with the Long Island Housing partnership, and allow pets, its a reduced rent if you fall within certain income restrictions.

What kind of pets do you have? I know someone whose a client that rents out apartments, but she's 'iffy' with animals. I think she goes more by person and uses the pets as an excuse not to approve someone. She's a nice woman and I don't blame her for doing that lol.

We have a dog - a miniature schnauzer. She is well trained (inluding paper trained) and is fairly small at 25 lbs. The only thing is that she is a barker so if there's no barking allowed it won't work! haha TIA

I'll put a call into her and ask if she still has it available. i think it's seperate from her, if I remember her telling me, she tried to get me to rent from her but i was leary renting from a client, in case something ever happened i wouldn't wanna deal with my boss. but i'll FM you.

I live in a Heatherwood Apt Complex. I am in Lake Ronk, but they have them all over Suffolk. From my exp. super is very quick to respond rents are fair. We don't have a pool/clubhouse in our complex, but the other one in Ronk does and we have privileges there.
