yea, i would give her the $$, I get that she was probably being a b*tch, but in the end if you dropped her you should give her the money.

Take the dress back and see if you can get a credit for the store for one of your other Bms...Then give her the money back so you don't have to deal with all that stress

I dont care that you have mutual friends, if anything she should have remembered that when she started acting like a tool. Dont give her the money back, and I know you said that she already said she didnt want it back, but you need to remeber that she cancelled on you not the other way around and thats her problem for dropping out after she paid for the dress.
