Did you take a look at the pavillion in Sunken meadow? A co-worker's son got married there and they had access to the beach as well as the room.

I wish I could help you. It really sounds beautiful, but I would be afraid of the weather factor. It rained on my wedding day, so I would be very unlikely to recommend an outdoor wedding to anyone. The Pavillion sounds like the best of both worlds. Maybe it's worth looking at??
