XP - NWR - PLEASE HELP! File a Complaint Against a Traffic Police!!

i need help - FH just got pulled over and was WRONGLY accused of not wearing a seatbelt when driving. he WAS wearing a seatbelt, and he was trying to reason with the cop, but the cop just gave him a ticket and walked away.

does anyone know what i can do??? how i can at least file a complaint against that officer?????????

he's probablay doing it because he needs to make his quota!!!!!!!

I got pulled over last year on my way home from work - the cop pulled me over for driving in the HOV lane when I was pulled over checking to see if I had damage b/c someone tapped me in the bumper....the cop was a complete A**hole and had me in tears b/c he was being so completely unreasonable and obnxious to me. Anyway, I was determined to fight this ticket bc there was no way I was paying for something I was not guilty of.....I went to court and the judge dismissed the ticket - I am assuming bc the cop did not show up, although I was one of the 1st ones to be called up. I didn't ask any questions, I just smiled and left.

My point is, more often than not the cop does not show up to court and the ticket gets dismissed. Other than that there is not much you can do bc unfortunately it is his word against FH.....and guess who's word means more?
