YAY FH is considering Europe

Ok well for a couple of months now, our plan was to go to vegas and then tahiti. But I have always been concerned that we wouldn't have alot to do in tahiti. The problem with Fh and I is that we don't like to lay out in the sun, after 20 mins he gets antsy and bored, and i can do maybe an hour. Tahiti is great for people who do love laying out in the sun relaxing.

So anyways i was talking before with FH about a tahiti honeymoon review i read on here yesterday and how beautiful it looked, and then mentioned the few restaurants but the whole not much to do thing came up again. He said to me that he also has been concerned about this and thinks there wont be alot for us to do. So i saw it as a great opportunity to throw Europe in the convo, which i had done before but he always had no interest and he said yes ... I brought up going to Capri, and a few places in Italy and the greek islands, and he said we should consider this I think for us its more of our speed, theres lots to do, a big nightlife especially in greece. Plus I love history and these are two great places to go for that.

I still think tahiti is absolutely gorgeous, but for us i think this is a better option. Plus capri, and greek islands should be gorgeous too lol...Ive also always wanted to go to the french riviera so ill just have to look into all these places

I agree that Tahiti is beautiful, but like you said...there will definitely be more for you to do in Europe! Good luck finding a great price!

You lucky girl! That's awesome that you might be doing Capri and the Greek Islands for your HM. My FH is the same way - he has no interest to go to Europe and I would love to go to Italy one day. I know if I wanted to go bad enough, he would definitely go for it, so I know your situation. That's great though that your FH agreed to considering Europe!

yeah he had said before ok if you really want to go ill go, but i wanted him to want it to you know. His parents just came back from capri a few weeks ago so i think that helped a bit, and i REALLY want him to go to his dads hometown in italy(calabria) i think it would be nice.

There is. My aunt was in Italy for 3 days and she didn't get to see everything. I need to get there one day but I am a little nervous flying that long. I am very bad. I should take some vicodin with me on that flight...lol

yeah fh is too...ive done 12-14 hour flights quite a few times, actually probably have done it 8-10x so for me its not a problem...but he could just go to sleep. But dont be nervous about that, honestly it does go by fast, the reason why is bc usually the flights are at night, so you'll end up sleeping for half of it...i have a problem of not being able to sleep on flights so im awake for all those hours and you just deal with it, its not that bad

I really wanted to go to the French Polynisian Islands as well, but FH WONT, I think he is kinda scared to tell you the truth, hahahah and the Galapagos islands but he wont go there either. But one day I will go to these places, one day bec it is def something that I have to see in my lifetime. I am thinking of going with my sister to the Galapagos Islands bec she is crazy about that place just like I am anyways that will come later in life, you can always go there anytime.

So my FH wants to go to Europe, South of France, he even said to me Italy, I was shocked, bec I thought he wouldnt want to go there, Paris, Amsterdam and bec we go every year to Greece we will prob go to an island there we havent been to yet.

Denise you and your FH will absolutely love Greece and her islands OMGGGGGGG, the things you can do there. Nightlife is beyond INSANE, there are soo many activites you can do there like snorkelling, boating, diving, water sports and air sports etc etc. Bora Bora and those islands are nice but Greece is really nice too and def closer. Europe just has soooo much history to it, Greece, Italy, Barcelona, Amsterdam etc. Capri is sooo nice, when my dad was on the ships he went to Capri he always talks about how nice it is there. and the South of France was my FH's idea, I wouldnt mind going, I have seen pics and my friends have been there and its also beautiful. WOW I wrote alot

It is alot more our speed, im also european so i know the lifestyle there. The history part is big to me too, i love going to see all these place you always learned about, and seeing historical monuments. Yeah i hear so much about capri, his family absolutely loved it.

Well sounds like your FH has alot of great plans for your HM.

Ill def have to get suggestions from you about greece before we go, hott places to hit up

wow!! thats amazing! if you go to italy make sure you do a gondola ride! there sooo romantic, plus you get to see soo much scenery!! Thats going to be sooo much funn!

also maybe even look into the cruise from greece to italy or vice versa.. we did this last summer and have the BEST pictures ever!

Yeah def alot of places to hit up in Europe. The Acropolis in Athens, the Coloseaum (spelled it wrong) in Italy, are you going to France as well?, I would love to see the Eiffel Tower. I actually just booked our tickets yesterday for Greece this July, off for a month to visit some Ionian/Aegean Islands, more than happy to help you with your HM

don't know if we'll do france, that one will be harder to convince FH about lol but maybe french riviera i would like. Oooo a month off in greece sounds amazing. Thank you very much, def thinking of mykonos for all the great partying there lol
