look at this house

It is located in Bellmore....Very nice block but the house is tiny..

And I know some things about the house cause our friends use to rent it.....

They say you should buy the smallest house in the best neighborhood that you can afford.

The house is not as big as it looks in the pictures either....The pictures look as if they are stretched....The kitchen is a pretty decent size, its just old. There is one small bedroom off the kitchen, and bathroom downstairs with a shower tub I believe....Small living room, no dining room...Then upstairs there is another bathroom and I think one bedroom...Im not sure if there are two upstairs but the rooms are very small....and the ceiling is sloped so it is hard to put any furniture up there...Also in the basement there are huge clamps holding the house up and together.....

I thought at the most the house is worth $300,000 and then you knock it down and build something else....

OMG! We just looked at this house over the weekend! We almost knocked ourselves unconscious!
