YOU'LL NEVER BELIEVE THIS!!!!

OH MY GOD!!!! GET THIS!!!!!! FH's aunt HAD THE NERVE to call us yesterday and leave a message on our machine (3 actually - b/c they were so long she kept getting cut off.) And she started by saying, 'Hi guys, it's Aunt So and so....blahblah blah....I want to congratulate you and say that her son (FH's cousin) is graduating from HS the day of our wedding and it's his special day (the graduation is in the morning) and we don't know if we'll be able to make the wedding.... CAN YOU CALL THE INN AT EAST WIND AND RESCHEDULE YOUR WEDDING FOR ANOTHER DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' And the madness continues when she says, It's his special day and it's not fair to him and if she wantS to throw a party on Sunday the day after our wedding no one will come b/c they went to your wedding the day before and it's not fair to him BLAH BLAH BLAH....' Is she crazy!!!?!?!?!?!!??!!!! She left 3 messages and they were sooo long and she went on and on and on and on. I was PISSED!!! HF called his mom and we played the messages for her and his dad. His mother (that was her sister) is FUMING MAD!!! I don't know what happened yet but I know I was upset for a while. Am I wrong for being upset???

That is CRAZY! I have the same date as you... and I figure there may be some people who can't come because of graduation conflicts. I would be mad if someone implied, much less flat out said, that I should change my date BECAUSE of the conflict. You are totally right to be UPSET!

Did your fil's talk to the aunt yet and knock some sense into her?

No word yet from the aunt..... FMIL is still too p*ssed to talk to her.

I DEFINITELY AGREE!---

and besides she left the message for you anyway--gosh who would leave that over a message, at least wait until the people pick up the phone!
