why cant she make it to the church by 2. she said it should be over by noon. it could be done if she really wanted. or if she cant make it to the church (like half the people dont) she can make it to the reception to celebrate it with you guys. What a witch!
What a wacko!! Did anyone ever call Frankie? I would, he probably doesn't even give a cr@p. He is probably, or hopefully, extremely embarrassed by what an a$$ his mother is being. I never had my grad parties growing up on the day of graduation, there were too many other parties to go to. Tell her she really needs to get over it, its a done deal!!!
that's exactly right! he's a 17 year old guy. I'm sure a graduation party a year from now is his #1 priority!

Hey girls!! As you may or may not remember a week ago, I posted a message about FH's aunt asking us to RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING b/c her son is GRADUATING highschool on the same day!!! Well, if that isn't bad enough.... here's the update......
FH's aunt emailed FMIL and 'went off' on her saying that she's mad at FMIL and FH because they won't RESCHEDULE our wedding!!! Is she serious???? I'm at a lose for words!!! I am waiting for FMIL to forward the email to me, and I will update you all as to what exactly was said.... Unreal!![]()

Frankies graduation is Sat. 9 a.m. I should then go run from the graduation around noon home to shower and get ready to run to the church in Smithtown around 2 p.m. go to the reception in the evening??? .... Frankie already told me he doesn't want to have his graduation party the weekend before....I'm disgusted REALLY!!! I made Dawn cry (sorry for that)...it's not directed at her.....it's directed at you and everyone else for not thinking...Michael included....we
now have to accommodate everyone else and you want me to share in their joy when you just messed up Frankie's moment???

I cannot believe that e-mail!! Honestly, you have MANY other guest who may have conflicts come up, you cannot reschedule your wedding for EVERY one of them!! The graduation isn't even at the same time!! Tell her to forget the ceremony. And she can have the friggin party on Sunday -- and wouldn't it be more convenient if there is out of town family already here for your wedding? What a B*TCH!!

yeah i can't even believe that she keeps bringing up this graduation party thing...yes she'll have to rush around a little bit that morning and afternoon but SO BE IT...if it's that horrible then stay home and spare everyone your miserable presence...sorry that was harsh. Anyway graduation parties are on any weekend in the summer really, not just that one day! If your cousin wants to do the graduation party thing at someone else's house that night then let him do it and your aunt can come to the wedding. i'd understand him wanting to enjoy that night with friends and partying, but your aunt doesn't have to have HIS party that weekend. i feel bad for you and am not sure what to tell you. some people cannot be reasoned with and are very caught up in their own lives. maybe it's better if she didn't even come at this point.
She's SO nuts. Don't even let it get you down. No, weddings can't be planned any time. You are not expected to calle very relative and ask if they have a previous engagement, just assume your wedding is important enough to your family to be there. What'sshe's describing isn't wvwn that bad...oh no she has t go home and shower at 12 and go to smithtown for 2pm..perish the though! what a moron. I think it's she and her son who are ebing selfish. Just have the party the next day for corn's sake. A wedding, IMO is a lot more important than a HS graduation and she needs to get over it. Maybe she should yell at the school for not consulting with YOU about your wedding date before settig the graduation

OMG what a f*cking nutcase! My sister's college graduation from BUFFALO was the day of my senior prom, I drove to Buffalo the day before with my family, and took a cab to the airport right after her graduation, flew home, and had the prom limo pick me up at the airport, drop me at my boyfriends, and I got ready while her picked everyone else up and then they picked me up last-honestyly it was a blast rushing around! I wonder if 'Frankie' knows his Mom is making a scene over this????
The minute I read it, I said out loud to my dog, 'Oh my God.' I cannot even begin....what the....holy cow....is this woman crazy? you are going to turn your entire life around for the boys graduation??????? So, lil boy is 'not willing' to have his graduation the weekend before and yet YOU are the one being selfish and that people should apologize to little selfish poop of a graduate.
