Hey girls!! As you may or may not remember a week ago, I posted a message about FH's aunt asking us to RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING b/c her son is GRADUATING highschool the same day!!! Well, if that isn't bad enough.... here's the update...... FH's aunt emailed FMIL and 'went off' on her saying that she's mad at FMIL and FH because they won't RESCHEDULE our wedding!!! Is she serious???? I'm at a lose for words!!! I am waiting for FMIL to forward the email to me, and I will update you all as to what exactly was said.... Unreal!
HERE IS HER EMAIL TO MY FMIL...... '....Weddings can be planned anytime.....sorry it is an inconvenience for Michael because he is a teacher... and he has to coach in August and East Wind is not available any other time that is 'convenient' for them..... Frankies graduation is Sat. 9 a.m. I should then go run from the graduation around noon home to shower and get ready to run to the church in Smithtown around 2 p.m. go to the reception in the evening??? .... Frankie already told me he doesn't want to have his graduation party the weekend before....I'm disgusted REALLY!!! I made Dawn cry (sorry for that)...it's not directed at her.....it's directed at you and everyone else for not thinking...Michael included....we now have to accommodate everyone else and you want me to share in their joy when you just messed up Frankie's moment??? i'm not happy, sorry to say....and i think it's selfish on your part and Michael's to think that everyone should accommodate you now......So....no one thinks they should call Frankie and say 'gee frankie....we weren't thinking....we really sorry we didn't really think this through.....' Too Much......you just think we're supposed to go cheerfully through this like it's no big deal....it is a big deal Linda!!!'

OMG!!! I can not believe that!!!! Man you are more collected then me girl! I would tell her is uninvited for that...but I'm very emotional! I am just speechless! Omg, I'm so sorry you have to deal with this Dawn!! You're def handling it well, I feel so bad for your FIL's too tho. I'm glad they're taking your side and not the aunt's!
This woman is being ridiculous!! We all have busy days sometimes when 2 things are planned on the same day like that. You know what we all do? WE DEAL WITH IT!!!!!!!
She's so concerned with ruining her lil Frankie's 'special' day. It's his HS graduation, let him be a grown man and 1) speak on his own behalf and 2) suck it up and have the party the week after. There are bigger things in this world to worry about!!
