DEMETRIOS DRESSES!

Hi girls!

I have a problem. I went to Macy's in Manhasset to try on some gowns. I went with some in mind and tried on 4 dresses, 3 of which I love. The last dress I tried on is my favorite but its totally out of my budget. I absolutely love the dress (Demetrios Princess Style #9609--the 3rd dress...).

Do you know of any places (stores or websites) that would carry Demetrios for less? Or know or seen any dresses similar? I'm looking for an A-line off the shoulder of like the last dress with a dropped waist. I'm a little cautious of buying it online because I dont know anyone who has.

Please help! I'm so sad that I won't be able to have that dress

I went to the same salon for my dress and the dress you selected if I may say so is gorgeous:)

What I would suggest is the following: call RK Bridal, Commack Wedding Center and submit a request online for a quote. What I did was tell them the lowest quotes - RK Bridal was $300 cheaper and Commack Wedding Center was $400 cheaper. They matched the RK Bridal price and offered to credit me the difference of $90 towards a veil or tiara if I bought it there.

honestly, I think most bridal suite are less expensive that Macy's.

I love the Rocky Point bridal suite, (it's called Fantasia) the best. If you live near there. the ladies were pleasant and not too pricey.

I bought my gown at Paradise in Patchogue, but Demetrios dresses were all far from what I wanted to spend.

I know you could get it cheaper somewhere else..have you tried Burtons??

Also Macys was my first stop I fell in love with 2 dresses and went back 2 more times and then I went and tried on other dresses at a few other shops and found 'the one' and it didn't end up being one of the original ones from Macys...
