Strippers at a Bridal Shower
what are your thoughts on having strippers at your bridal shower? or if you were attending someone else's Bridal Shower?I've been to 2 in the past where there were strippers and it added a twist to the shower... and it was a lot of fun... It really spiced up the shower... and people were having fun...

Re: Strippers at a Bridal Shower
a friend of mine told me and showed me pictures of her cousins bridal shower with strippers. I thought it was very tasteless. I'm personally not a fan of strippers. It makes me uncomfortable. I just think that having strippers at a bridal shower that's supossed to be tasteful with your moms and aunts and all the girls. It's also a place for the younger guests to go since they can't attend the b-party. IMO, just not appropriate.

Re: Strippers at a Bridal Shower
i went to one as well with strippers- i just dont think its an appropriate time to invite strippers at the shower, theres a different kind of crowd and it just created problems.... having said that I dont personally like strippers either so for my bachelorette party (if im even having one) there will be NO strippers!!!!

Re: Strippers at a Bridal Shower
that would give grandma a heart attack!
no way. Pesonally, I think it would be tacky.... not an appropriate environment for the 2 families to get to know each other...

Re: Strippers at a Bridal Shower
strippers don't bother me.....but at a shower? HELL NO!!! Even though there are a few feisty older ladies in my family
no way would I have a stripper in front of them.....not to forget those ladies who may not be able to get a babysitter and bring their young children to my shower......having a stripper at what is supposed to be a tasteful and generally conservative event is inappropriate IMO.
