OOT Gable Boxes - 9x6x6 (How much do they hold?)

I'm posting two photos from when I tested my boxes out to see how much I could get in them. (I'm getting a lot of FM's for details about these, so I thought I'd just put this up)

The boxes are misleading when you get them. I thought I wasn't going to be able to put a lot of stuff in them, but I was pleasantly surprised!

The first layer of stuffers:

My boxes were bought off of ebay (good deal from a former bride). I've seen them for a reasonable amount at uline.com

I made my own tags/labels in photoshop (no template, sorry) but you can make your own in word (I've seen some other brides do that) or visit myweddinglabels.com for some good quality labels/tags.

My boxes contained:

2 bottles of water
2 cans of soda (one diet. one regular)
2 can of arizona ice-tea

(all beverages were 'small')

Then I added an assortment of:

chips
chocolates
cookies
tea/coffees
granola bars
breakfast bars
tic-tacs
gum
advil/tylenol packets
wet wipes
and our invite to the day-after breakfast and a day-of schedule.

(the items you see pictured in the test photos were just items I had lying around the house at that time and not what was actually in the boxes we gave)

NOTE: if you plan on packing these up real good with goodies, I recommend reinforcing the bottom interior of the boxes with tape. I had FH handle this portion. He grabbed the really fat clear shipping tape and got to work!

Hi they are for your guest who are staying in a hotel. at check in they get these bags/boxes from the bride and groom. Its a great idea. Our guests loved them! even for the kids I made separate ones with kid goodies, the adults got wine and soda the kids got fruit juices and water, amongst other goodies. All of the boxes had each guest name on them too-

Can anyone tell me what the dimension of the stickers for the gable boxes pictured is? I am also using the 9x6x6 and am not sure what size stickers to get for the customized 'welcome' sticker.

They were 5' X 3.75'

Sorry for the stupid question but what do you do with these? I have some guests (FH parents, sister brother and grandparents coming from florida) do you arrange to have these put in the hotel room?
