Do you mean in taxes? Or insurance?

Those are the only things I can think of with a yearly bill... we pay monthly for most things.

Our insurance is $1300 a year with jewelry rider and umbrella policy.

We live in NC so I'm sure it's very different... We have a really extensive policy, along with an alarm system discount and pay $750 a year... but it's gotta be because of where we live. Sorry I'm not much help.
