baby fever
does anybody else here get baby fever, even though they know that they are not ready (financially, emotionally or otherwise) but would still do it in an instant if DH said 'lets have a baby'???lol maybe im alone on this one...but i cant figure out why i think about it so much, even tho i know waiting would probably be the best for us...we only just got married and were still young (both 25)...
its like my uterus tell me one thing while my brain tells me another

not even close. i know my parents and in laws are dying for us to have one but i want to enjoy some quiet time with DH before we even think of having one!

No way! And I am 29 and DH is almost 32. I know his mom would love it, but my parents would think we are crazy. We have a lot of financial settling to do before we are stable enough for baby time

I totally get where you're coming from! DH and I also have some settling down to do. we're both working full time and going to school so we'd definitely like to finish school first and buy a house before we have a baby but if I got pregnant tomorrow, I'd still be over the moon

DH had baby fever wayyy before I did. He was talking about them like 3 years ago. I actually started to get the fever as we were getting close to the wedding.But we have been 'planning' for a baby for years now. We bought a house in a family friendly neighborhood with a great school district. The hospital is known for having a great NICU/delivery.
We knew we didn't want to wait too long after the wedding but we didn't expect to get pregnant right away either! Now my fever is out of control

Not even close here either. If DH said he wanted a baby, I'd probably lock my knees together and run from the room. ETA: Give me 3-5 years. It sounds like a prison sentence.

yeah, i've def got the baby fever ... but then i think about it a bit more and i soooo don't want a baby
i guess i like my freedom right now.
as for not being financially ready, i refuse to wait for the 'perfect' time to have a baby .... when DH and I are ready, we're just gonna go for it

DH & I are trying so we have baby fever....no luck yet...we actually BD quite often before we started trying and now that we have to do it on certain days its like..oh no again!

I do but I don't...I would love to have kids now but I lnow that we can't afford it right now and we don't have our own house yet...But I want to travel too..

I definitely have the fever, and hubby is startig to also, but we both agreed to wait until next year. Can't wait to have little ones running around that look like me and hubby

To say I have baby fever is an understatement!!!!!!!!! DH and I have been trying for months now with no luck. Who knew getting knocked up was so difficult

No way jose for us! And we are old! I'm turning 31 and DH is turning 32. Neither of us have any desire (although I secretly know he does and he just tries to hide it from me). I told him if some mom gene kicks in before 35 then I'll consider it, but if not tough nuts!

and what really breaks my buttons is that when i'm not ovulting, we BD like crazy and its like worthless BD-ing because i won't conceive then

It's almost like it's a chore of some sorts for him. Like when the hell did bd-ing become a chore
