Crate and Barrel registry - return question

Has anyone returned anything from their regristry from C&B? Someone bought me a toaster i registered for, but I never used it (still in box at my parents house). I do not have the receipt anymore either. I just saw new toaster that I want instead. Not sure about their return policy and how flexible they are.

They are flexible. I returned a lot, some with receipts and some without. As long as it was on your registry, you are fine.

They will give you store credit back.
