the wife called DH today at work and was tryin to start an argument. *** is wrong w these ppl

they built a deck in the front and never got the proper permits for it...

hell yea.... we went into contract in march, they kept stalling and stalling until the end of june when we finally closed. then, they killed the freaking lawn. so now all we have is a dead lawn and weeds. and we still have to deal w/ them due to an open permit issue on the fence

Not really… although the day before the closing when we went for the walkthrough there was some water in the basement, and when we mentioned it at closing she was a b1tch and a half about it… like we were lying about there being water down there just to p1ss her off and try to get money off the price.

No… she squeezed us for every penny. It actually happened after it was pouring for like 3 days straight back in March and there were lots of basements that flooded then so they used that as an excuse. And actually we’ve been there almost 4 months and it hasn’t happened since (although maybe it’s bc we haven’t gotten any rain this summer!)

Not really, our people were just a pain to deal with. The daughter was selling the house since she had a power of attorney and lived in New Jersey, we had to change our closing date three times so she could attend, she insisted on being there, meanwhile my lawyer kept suggesting that she could sign and then fed ex the papers to us the next day, but no no no she HAD to be there. So the day comes for the close and the stupid biatch didn't even come, we had to fedex her the papers the next day. I was so annoyed bc she ended up delaying us by almost a month.

besides them delaying our closing & that they were filthy and disgusting and we gutted out and replaced almost everything .. nopee

They left some stuff in the house and the place was a disaster. We just put it all out on the curb. They had said in the contract that they wanted a tree that had sentimental values. But they never came for it. I think at almost 2 years if they haven't taken it they aren't getting it. Were not even really sure which tree. I am re-landscaping in the spring and if I pull out there tree, its out. End of story.

Anyone know if there is a statue of limitations on that if its in our contract?
