i cant stop...............

peeeeeeeeeeeeingggggggggggg!!!!!!

wanna know why?!?!
cause im back to drinking 16oz of water before and after every meal and snack to fill me up!!!!!

i went up a size in one month

cant blame anyone but myself

i wasnt eating breakfast or snacks and i was eating like a pig for lunch. plus i was drinking wine or having a cocktail or two almost every night.

the weekends i was stuffing my face!!!!! plus every time fh said no to me i would sneak to the kitchen to eat some more. SOOOOOOOOO NOT KOOL!!!

so now im back to no drinking during the week.
oatmeal for breakfast, snack, soup, snack, snack (while making dinner) small portion dinner, snack

doesnt help that my mil made me a hugeeeeee easter basket with tons of junk in it. i cant belive i havent touched it yet.

HAPPY TO BE EATING RIGHT AGAIN!!!!!!

ETA: DH and I ate our entire Easter basket in about a day. And it shows.
