I was talking to DH about eBay last night...

He's like a big eBay guy, sells electronics, cars, etc., so when I have questions, I go to him.

I asked him what the deal was with all this excessive shipping that I've been seeing. A couple years ago, eBay was really cracking down on it, but now, in his words, 'they've been slacking.' He's been seeing it a lot too.

It's really annoying to see a short Bebe dress with $16 for economy shipping. I was so pisssed that I reported the listing for excessive shipping.
If the seller wanted to charge $10 for priority, than maaaaaaybe I'd let it slide, but economy for $16?? I don't care what you think you're 'handling' charges should be, you SUCK!

i posted about this last week. its ridic.

I know, I thought of you last night when i opened a package and realized it was a trader joe's paper bag!

The seller didn't charge a lot for shipping though, so it was fine.
