Name change question...what comes first?
Do I have to go to the Social Security office before I go to the DMV or does it not matter as long as I have the marriage certificate?

No it doesnt matter... i did the DMV first because all they ask you for is your marriage cert.

It doesnt matter. I actually changed at the bank first and they called my cc. Then SS, then drivers, then work, health insurance, union, etc, and now I just have my passport to change.
