So how was your commute home yesterday?

Mine took 3 1/2 hours and luckily caught a train out of Penn before they closed it. Probably should have waited it out because it took us 1 hour to get to Little Neck and then another 2 1/2 to get home to FP cause the roads were all flooded!

Good girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I would have done that. Though I did get my exercise in. Your train line was the only one that seemed to be running!

i ended up taking the Ronkonkoma line to Deer Park since by the time I got to Penn the Babylon line was suspended, again!

Took me about an hour and a half, which isn't so bad.

However, the train was packed, smelly and hot lol

I also had to take the Deer Park train in this AM since babylon is stil a flipping mes

When it's like that, I cant handle the crowds and I'd rather just go out and come home later. I hate when you cant even walk in Penn and i hate when the trains are hot.

So I drank with a friend.

Next time I might just do this! Drinking and shopping...deadly combination but sounds so much better than a long a$$ commute!

i guess that's 1 plus of moving to Queens. i still miss the LIRR though. sucks that there were delays

I got on the Sagatikos, than the Northern State, than it looked so bad on the Nothern, I got on the Meadowbrook, than the Southern State....
took me 3 hours to get home...
