I am going to PR next week and need to download some beach reading!

Please make some recommendations.

I read the Pilliars of the Earth and i couldnt put it down. World without End was its follow up and it was just as good.

Fall of Giants was by the same author, the first of his next trilogy and it wasnt bad.

wouldn't really recommend that..

did you read the stig larson series (girl with the dragon tattoo)?

I really enjoyed those 3 books.

Baby Proof by Emily Giffin.

I LOVED Something Borrowed & Something Blue...I am not loving Baby Proof as much. I am hoping it picks up soon...I am about a third of the way done.

I hated the ending. You'll probably see why.

Love the one you're with was actually pretty good, and I'm currently reading heart of the matter.

i hated tghe ending too...

book was not as great as the other ones in the series

read anything by Chelsea Handler...she is hysterical! My fave from her is 'Are you there, Vodka? Its me Chelsea'. Great vacation read!

I felt the same way about Baby Proof and her other books that followed. I feel like she drags out these predictable story lines! Something Borrowed and Something Blue were sooooo much better!

I just finished Heart of the Matter by Emily Giffin also! It's a quick read...

Now I'm onto Room by Emma Donoghue. It was a little slow to start for me (since it's from a child's perspective, so following his language), but it picked up quickly. I'll be finishing that this weeK!

Totally agree. I LOVED Something Borrowed & Something Blue. Could not put them down, read while walking enjoyment!!! Baby Proof disappointed me. Will be starting Love the One Your With tomorrow.

I'm ANXIOUSLY waiting for DH to finish it so I can read it!!! He's loving it though- already bought the next book!

In the mean time, I borrowed a book from my dad to see if I like Stephen King. So I'm reading Firestarter.

Lately I'm obsessed with Jonathan Tropper. I just received two of his books in the mail earlier today. The Book of Joe and Plan B. Don't know which one to start first.

I'm waiting for DH to finish Keith Richards' autobiography too. Trying to be patient. It's not a quality I possess.
