Leonard’s of Great Neck
A-
Overall Leonards was great. VERY reasonably priced. They were totally fine to deal with. Returned phone calls within an acceptable time frame. The food was good, except one dish, the meal that I ordered, I had to return and then received a different choice which was awesome. In the bridal suite they offered a smaller amount of choices than what was offered in the main cocktail hour, but the food was very good. They did my cake incorrectly, but it I let it go and didn’t let it bother me too much. I was having too good of a day. I was surprised at how young the bridal attendant and Matre D were. I was not expecting to see the Matre D be a young girl. The bridal attendant wasn’t around as much I was would have liked her to be, but to be honest I was so preoccupied dancing that it didn’t really bother me all that much. I think it all depends upon your frame of mind, and expectations. There was nothing that was horribly wrong. If I had paid a higher price per head I would have been disappointed.

Variety Music
A
Ray was a pleasure to deal with. They had our crowd dancing the whole night and were just the right amount of interactive. My only gripe is that the wrong portion of my entrance song was played, but I don’t think I was specific enough when I told them what I wanted. In the grand scheme of things it really didn’t matter. Overall, these guys were great and truly did a fabulous job.

Erica Lyn Photography
A
Very talented and pleasant to deal with. Very happy with my pictures. She is a little soft spoken, so if you have specific ideas and pictures you want taken, make sure you write them down and make sure that you have someone that is good at rounding up the group to get the pictures done. Overall, I think the photos that I have are beautiful, and I have over 1180 to choose from!

Verbena Designs
A+
In love with my flowers. They were totally gorgeous. My centerpieces were exactly what I wanted as well. Everything was beautiful and reasonably priced. Jen was an absolute doll. Highly recommend Verbena. My favorite vendor.

City Videographer (Tom Morgan)
A
Tom was professional, talented and BEYOND reasonably priced. Finding Tom enabled us to have a video when we had to drastically cut our budget. We were happy with the end product and Tom was very non invasive during the day. You hardly knew he was there at all.

JPI Video
I feel it is only fair to mention that originally JPI was my videographer. Joe was very good to deal with and always got right back to me with any inquiries I had. AWESOME work. Really, really beautiful. However, we had to cut our budget and so we could no longer afford his services .

Garden City Hotel
A+
Second favorite vendor. Was wow’d the whole time. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Rooms are beautiful. Felt truly special while I was there.

Angel Bridal
A+
I got my dress altered at Angel Bridal and the ladies there were wonderful and easy to deal with. They did lovely work and I was very pleased with everything.

David’s Bridal
A+
I got my dress and bridesmaid dresses at David Bridal. I have nothing but good things to say. No problems AT ALL. Beyond reasonable prices, decent customer service (the one in California that I went to had EXCELLENT customer service). EASY EASY EASY to deal with. My OOT bridesmaids had their dresses mailed to them. No problems AT ALL. The junior bridesmaid out grew her dress and they got her a new one with no questions asked.

Men’s Warehouse
A
A bit understaffed, but the groomsmen got what they needed easily and there were no issues at all with the tuxes. They had a decent selection as well. The only thing is that you cannot pick up the tux until two days before and it has to be returned the next day.

Hair Sculpting by Renee
A++
I LOVE Renee. Another favorite vendor. She did such a beautiful job and was SOOOOO pleasant to have around. I HIGHLY recommend her. Lovely work and lovely person.

Etsy vendor Dazzling Expressions (Invitations)
A
Inexpensive and gorgeous work. Easy to communicate with and above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend Dazzling Expressions.

Royalty Limo
A++
They were fine to deal with in all the preliminary affairs. The day of they were WONDERFUL. All I can say is that the drivers really know their job and execute it well. They practically ran the whole show. I would have loved to have them at the reception with me too. LOL
