April 2013 Wedding...ALL vendors needed!

Hi Vendors,

I am having a late April 2013 wedding. I do not have any vendors booked. Due to my FH's schedule, it is very difficult to meet personally with any vendors together. Please help!

I am having about 150 guests. I want a packed dance floor. I would like a DJ and an MC, uplighting, photobooth, possibly zap shots with 2 plasma screens.

I would also like 6 tall centerpieces and 6 small centerpieces, decorations for ceremony space (not sure if it's on site or at a church), 1 bridal bouquet and 1 throw away, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 8 boutineers, 3 corsages. As well as, cake decoration. Would like roses (pink and white), hydrangeas, and peonies.

I would also like 1 white stretch limo (for groomsmen and groom to go to church and for parents of groom and bride to go to venue) and 1 suv stretch limo for for bridal party and bride/groom to go to venue, and bridesmaid, bride, and brides parents to go to church).

I would also like a photography package that includes 8-10 hours of coverage with 10x10 album and 2 sets of parent albums, proofs on a Hi Resolution disc and rights to photos and a video...under $5000.

I know it's a lot. It's just that my FH and I have conflicting schedules. Hope you can help me!

This is a basic package.
A booth comes with.
4 hrs of operation time
Unlimited sessions during rental time
On site operator
A DVD with all images you can print from
A 12 month password protected web posting (shared with only you and your guests, or only you, your choice)
Color or B/W images printed on site of each session
A title bar on each print with your names and/or your monogram
$895.00
There is no set up or delivery charges, and the 4 hrs is operational time.

We setup and tear down on our time not yours.

We also have a photo guest book, scrapbook option. It comes with a scrap book with 3 colors to chose from with silk covers, 35 black pages, 35 clear pages, glue sticks, scissors, gold and silver gel pens, and double prints. All for, 2hr rental $150.00, 4hr rental $200.00, 6hr rental 250.00.?
Additional time can be added, at $150.00 an hour, but if you know you will need 5 hours or more the best deal is the 6 hour rental ($1095) because it works out to be less per hour.
