i need photo/video, limos, officiant

my wedding is sept 9 2007 at the Sandcastle
the ceremony starts at 6:30
i would love quotes for

Photo/ video: our budget is about 4k for both the photo are more important for us

limos: we need limo for 3hrs, 10 passanger
