Officiant Question..Help!

I was planning to have my pastor who lives out of town (FLorida to be exact) to fly in and marry us.
Does he have to be a NY resident/registered
in order to marry us in the state of NY, even though he's from a different state??

Re: Officiant Question..Help!

Hello and Congratulations!

Below is a link to the NYS Department of Health's website. Non resident status would only be a problem in New York City. So you're all set! Have an amazing wonderful wedding with many happy years to follow!
