On a budget...need florist!

Hi, I am in search of a florist for my wedding. I am on a budget and would prefer to stay under $700, if possible.

The colors of the wedding are black, red and ivory. And i have included pictures of what i am looking for. I do want to stay in more of the red family for flowers with maybe a little ivory and/or black details.

I do have some requests. I would want low centerpieces for the reception. Also, i do not mind a mix of different flowers and greenery to keep costs low, however, I would want my bouquet to be all red roses only.

I would only be needing:
My bouquet
3 bridesmaid bouquets
8 boutonnieres
2 corsages
and no more than 10 centerpieces for the reception.
